Can I return my product to BNB ?
No returns will be accepted on consumable items like Food since we consider that the pet parent has ordered it after reading all the information we have provided regarding it and made their own desirable choice.
However, the exchange will be initiated if you have received the packet in the bad condition i.e torned up, damaged during transit because we are here to provide pet parents the best experience and we believe in dealing with love and professionalism and we cannot risk the health of your baby.
You have to inform us about the Exchange within 3 business days after the delivery.
Also , in one certain item i.e Toys, Please select and order the toy according to the fundamental behaviour of your baby because it cannot be returned/ exchanged. If your pet loves to chew, please don’t opt for the soft toys. The toys will vary according to the small, medium and large breed, so please choose wisely.
How should I request to return/ exchange my product ?

PS- The product must be in the exact form as sent to you i.e unused. No Broken Tags.
Once receiving your return , the team will inspect it and send the amount to your account within the next 10-15 days.
How can I get the refund ?
Please note that once we receive your return and after inspecting it , we will credit the amount to your account within the next 10-15 days. We would love the cooperation from you. All your money is in safe hands.
Does my bed comes with a warranty?
Yes, We offer a 1 year warranty on our beds only from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include accidental damage, wear and tear or customer / dog damage e.g. dog chewing the fabrics.
Also, you will have to arrange for it to be shipped back to us.
