Do you sell pets ?

NO, we don’t believe in selling pets, we only deal in selling the products your pet needs. 

What are your working days and hours ?

We basically work all the 7 days for your pet to give them a wonderful experience. The working hours are from 10:00AM - 7:00PM. 

Is my bed washable?

Yes - All of our beds have the removable inside cushions, that are machine washable at 30°. If you have a Lounger bed, these have a removable cover that can be washed on the same temperature.

Do you have spare cushions or replaceable covers that I can buy?

Yes, for this please connect with us directly on our given phone number.

 

Is my collar and lead washable?

Yes - We advise our collars and leads to be hand washed / wiped down, or put on a cool machine wash.

 

Does my bed comes with a warranty?

Yes, We offer a 1 year warranty on our beds only from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include accidental damage, wear and tear or customer / dog damage e.g. dog chewing the fabrics.

Besides dogs and cats, what other pets do you have products for?

No, But we will add products for small animals and birds soon !!

 

Do I only have to order from the BNB website ?

No, you can also reach us directly via call or whatsapp - +91-9717360279.

Can I order something which is not in stock , some special order ?

Yes, you can request some special orders for your pet if they are not in stock. We will try to deliver it to you. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept ?

We accept payments through Bank transfer, UPI. If you are not satisfied with the gateway, feel free to contact us. We shall resolve your problem soon. 

 

How many days after I buy something can I return it?

Our standard policy for exchanges is 3 business days. You have to inform us about the returns in the next 72 hours post delivery.

 

Can I Return it if I order online?

If the product and situation of the product meets the requirements of our Return and refund Policy, then yes, it can be returned. 

But you will have to arrange for it to be shipped back to us. 

 

Do we conduct any events/workshops or set up stalls at exhibitions?

Yes, we attend exhibitions and events like Pet Fed, IIPTF. 

We also organise workshops for pet families from time to time. To receive the regular updates please follow us on Instagram (barknboness) and on Facebook (Bark N Bones) for updates on the same.

 

How long does an order made online take to reach me?

Orders are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours and may take 3-5 working days to be delivered based on your location.

Personalised orders will take longer to ship than others. You will receive an approximate timeline while placing your order. Generally, personalised products could take between 8-10 days to reach you.
